PRIVATE TRAINING - We offer Private Training 7 days a week! You can work one on one with Coach Cas Brown and our certified trainers. We will put together a signature workout catered to your specific needs.
SPECIALTY TRAINING - We offer Vertimax Training, Shooting Machine Workouts, and Handles Workouts. Use this bonus training to enhance your skill development. Zoom Film Sessions 30-45mins of an athlete’s game footage to understand ways/tendencies to improve overall game and approach.
